– Wake up to scenic views of the surrounding hills covered in evergreen hues, and the company of the soothing breeze and twittering birds.
– All bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS:
– This expansive home features a spacious living room on the ground floor, boasting plush seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It is equipped with a myriad of amenities such as a music system, TV, 2 ACs, Wi-Fi, and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
– The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is equipped with a TV.
– The comfortable and snug interiors open up to the lush exteriors that effortlessly blend in with the surrounding viridescent pastels.
– The basement features a designated games room that is equipped with a variety of indoor games including table tennis, carrom, air hockey, pool, and foosball.
– Guests can stay in and make the most of the in-house private mini-home theatre room that is ornamented with comfortable yet plush sofas.
– The exteriors of the property feature a beautifully carpeted garden, featuring a tranquil gazebo with seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It leads to the viewing deck that is thoughtfully embellished with a swing for you, to enjoy the refreshing breeze and the views.
– You can keep your little ones occupied at the children’s play area which has a slide, swings, and a trampoline.
– Guests can unwind by the pool and head over for a de-stressing soak amidst the panoramas of Panchgani.
– The pool is 26×17 ft. in size and 4.5 in depth.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
– A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per meal to provide simple, home-cooked meals.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals.
– Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options.
– Guests can also book outside caterers for their stay for which the cleaning charges will be Rs. 1000 per day.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Devour a lavish barbecue meal.

– Barbecue kit can be availed at an additional cost.
– The mini-home theatre can be accessed at no additional cost.
– Pets are allowed at an additional charge of Rs. 5000.
– If guests are to use the villa sockets for EV charging an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only would be levied.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
