– 2 Bedrooms have one King Size Beds each,
– 2 Bedrooms have 2 King Size Beds attached together.
– 1 Bedroom has a Queen Bed.

– Extra mattresses are available.
– Fresh linen and are provided.

Entertainment and Games
– The living room is equipped with a 55″ Smart Satellite TV and a JBL 3.1 music system with woofer.
– A separate music system is available at the swimming pool and deck area.
– Games at villa : Cricket – Football Turf, Swimming Pool, 8 Ball Pool, Table Tennis, Table Soccer, Foosball and Chess.
– Ambient light and seat out setup is on the terrace for your ge togethers.

Swimming Pool
– The villa has a private swimming pool.
– Dimensions: 28 feet x 17 feet.

Turf – Cricket and Football
– The property has a turf with all sporting equipment for playing Cricket and Football.
– Dimensions: 35 feet x 28 feet.
Note – There are no flood lights for the turf.

– Prior intimation and permission to be taken if DJ or Live Music is planned by the guests, plugin charges for a day is : ₹.2,500/- per day.

Kitchen and Meals
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner gas stove, 2 burner fast gas and a water purifier.
– The dining table can seat 8 people.
– Barbeque setup is available
– 1 Baby high chair is available.
– Crockery & Glassware is available.
– The kitchen is fully functional, warming food and basic utilities are not charged.
– If meals are to be cooked at the property by guests or their cook, it’s chargeable for – Gas Cylinder, Kitchen Utility & Cleaning : ₹.4,000/- per day.

If meals are brought from outside a cleaning charge is applied : ₹.1,000/- per day

Other Things To Note
– Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution for a hassle free stay.
– The pool has a depth of 4 ft – 4.5 ft. Guests are advised to be cautious, especially with children (baby pool is 2 ft deep).

– A refundable security deposit of Rs.5000/- will be collected at check-in. This amount is refundable at the time of check out against any damages.

Interaction with Guests
– The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message.
– A responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you to have a perfect stay.
