THE SPACE:

BEDROOMS
– Breezy, spacious and decked with comfortable furnishings, there are 5 bedrooms at this property – 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor
– Each of these bedrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with king sized beds and TV’s.
– You will feel connected to the nature around you at all times as the bedrooms on the first and second floor have an attached balcony where you can sit-back, relax and enjoy your morning brew.
– The ground floor bedroom has direct access to the lawn.
– Wardrobes, fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms.

BATHROOMS
– The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There are 2 living areas, both well lit with stylish furniture.
– The villa offers a living room on the 2nd floor as well, with a sofa bed and one on the ground floor as well.
– The living area on the ground floor can accommodate up to 20 people.
– The dining area seats 8 people.
– The villa has a separate games room which has a pool table, table tennis, carrom board and air hockey and a trampoline for kids.
– A mini-theatre with seating for 15-20 people is available free of cost at the lower level of the villa.
– The villa has a private pool, 19×15 ft. in size with a depth of 4 ft.
– A well-lit and spacious lawn that can accommodate 20-25 people.

KITCHEN
– Guests can access the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. However, elaborate cooking is not allowed.
– It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and oven.

FOOD
– A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per meal to provide simple, home-cooked meals.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals.
– Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options.
– Guests can also book outside caterers for their stay for which the cleaning charges will be Rs. 1000 per day.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

NTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM. If the guests need the staff’s assistance post 7 PM, an additional charge will be levied. The caretaker will not be available post 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private pool. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as carrom, TT, pool and cards. Make the most of the sprawling outdoor spaces and enjoy various outdoor activities. Keep your little ones occupied as the premises are equipped with a trampoline, swings and slides.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per meal to provide simple, home-cooked meals.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals.
– Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options.
– Guests can also book outside caterers for their stay for which the cleaning charges will be Rs. 1000 per day.
– If guests are to use the villa sockets for EV charging an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only would be levied.
– Barbecue meals can be arranged at an additional cost, in the outdoor areas of the property.
– An additional cleaning fee will be levied.
– Drinking packaged water bottles will be provided at an additional cost.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
