The Space:

BEDROOMS
– This sprawling holiday home features 5 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor.
– All bedrooms offer a plethora of lavish amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, TV, wardrobe, extra mattress and ensuite bathrooms.
– 1 bedroom on the first floor and 1 on the second floor opens up to a scenic wrap-around balcony and are furnished with cosy swing.
– All bedrooms, except the one on the ground floor, offer serene views of the hills. The ground bedroom overlooks the garden. 

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A jacuzzi is offered in 2 of the ensuite bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS
– Welcome a world of luxurious charm as soon as you step into this home.
– This expansive home features a spacious living room on the ground floor, boasting plush seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It is equipped with a myriad of amenities such as a music system, TV, AC, Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
– The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It is equipped with a TV.
– The exteriors of the property feature a beautifully carpeted garden, featuring a tranquil gazebo with seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It leads to the viewing deck that is thoughtfully embellished with a swing for you, to enjoy the refreshing breeze and the views.
– You can keep your little ones occupied at the children’s play area that has a slide, swings and a trampoline.
– Guests can unwind by pool and head over for a de-stressing soak amidst the panoramas of Panchgani.
– The pool is 23×10 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– The basement features a designated games room that is equipped with a variety of indoor games including table tennis, carrom, air hockey, pool and foosball.
– Guests can stay in and make the most of the in-house private mini-home theatre room that is ornamented with comfortable yet plush sofas.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. The staff will source the groceries before noon, guests are requested to convey their requirements for the next day before 7 PM.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
– A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per meal to provide simple, home-cooked meals.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals or cook themselves.
– Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options.
– Guests can also book outside caterers for their stay for which the cleaning charges will be Rs. 1000 per day.- Outside food is allowed at the property. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM, if guests need assistance post 7 PM, a nominal additional fee for the same will be levied.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

The variety of games offered ensures that there is something for each one of you; whilst your little ones are occupied at the kids play section. The mini-home theatre room makes for a perfect movie night, so grab your popcorn while you are at it! Reserve the evenings for a de-stressing soak in the private swimming pool. Devour a lavish barbecue meal.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost, on request as per availability.
– The mini-home theatre and the jacuzzi can be accessed at no additional cost.
– If guests are to use the villa sockets for EV charging an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only would be levied.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
